1. Nationwide Delivery Across the UAE

We deliver all over the UAE, including:

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman

  • Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah

  • Umm Al Quwain

All orders are processed promptly to ensure your perfume reaches you within 24–48 hours.


2. Delivery Charges

  • FREE delivery across the UAE.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra cost.

  • For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional charges may apply (customers will be notified in advance).


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed daily (except public holidays).

  • Orders received after 6 PM may be processed the next business day.

  • Customers may be contacted to confirm delivery details before dispatch.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp.

  • Courier will contact you prior to delivery.

  • For assistance, our support team can help track your order.


5. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries

Delivery may fail if:

  • Customer is unreachable

  • Address is incorrect or incomplete

  • Customer refuses delivery without valid reason

In such cases, the courier may attempt re-delivery. Additional re-delivery charges may apply if required.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is received:

  • Damaged

  • Broken

  • Leaking

  • Wrong item

  • Or missing items

You must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will arrange a replacement or initiate a return based on the situation.


7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details

  • Be available to receive the order

  • Answer courier calls for smooth delivery

PerfumesForLess.ae is not responsible for delays due to wrong addresses or unreachable customers.
